Specialist Workforce
Ausdecom are one of Australia’s most experienced and respected contractors with more than 50 years in the industry.
Our strength is intrinsically linked to the capability, commitment, and productivity of our people. The depth of knowledge and skills within the Ausdecom team offer seamless project management and the ability to deliver large jobs efficiently, with the highest level of safety and proficiency.
Ausdecom’s experienced and fully qualified personnel have successfully completed projects ranging in scope and complexity including major industrial and remediation works of steel mills, power stations and gas works.
We have developed a number of internal systems based on Australian Standards and the Code of Practice for Demolition and assisted in the development of the Demolition Industry Code of Practice, when it was being prepared.
Our continuous improvement is maintained by a vigorous audit process (both internally and externally) coupled with regular training and education of staff to ensure they carry the most up-to-date tickets and permits. Gap analysis is one tool used to maintain this cycle which is focused on improving the system and the overall culture of the organisation.
Mental Health Awareness
Ausdecom promotes mental health awareness through our Employee Assistance Program, celebrating RU OK? day and supporting Beyond Blue with our Blue 352.
The suicide rates in the building and construction industry are alarming. Workers in this industry are six times more likely to die by suicide than through workplace accidents. Even worse, these deaths have a ripple effect on the friends and families of the deceased. We actively encourage discussing mental health in our workplace to ensure our employees know it is ok to not be ok and help is available.
Beyond Blue
Committed to supporting mental health in the construction industry Ausdecom will be donating 10% of the revenue generated by this excavator in 2022 to Beyond Blue.

Big Blue Table
October is Mental Health Month. Beyond Blue’s Big Blue Table kicked off the month with conversations to reduce the stigma of anxiety, depression, and suicide by making mental health everyday table talk.
Ausdecom hosted events at their sites – going beyond small talk by utilising the great conversation starters supplied by Beyond Blue, we also enjoyed some blue cupcakes.
Movember
The Ausdecom Movember team raised over $65,000 in 2021 for mens health. Ausdecom management generously matched every dollar raised by the team to create this unbelievable outcome.
