Mobile Crushing

Our expansive mobile modular crushing plant stands strong in Australia, boasting a capacity exceeding 600 tonnes per hour for processing crushed products. Designed with versatility in mind, it excels on quarry-based projects, especially in excess of 1 million tonnes, while demonstrating remarkable efficacy with wet and sticky clay-based materials.

In addition to our flagship modular plant, our fleet includes smaller mobile crushing units tailored to projects ranging from 20,000 to 1 million tonnes, encompassing both rock and concrete based. These units epitomise mobility, easily dismantled for transport into urban and industrial settings where space is at a premium.

Operating in hazardous worksites is our forte, with our mobile crushing crews seamlessly integrating with our industrial demolition activities. This relationship not only enhances operational efficiency but also underscores our commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.

On-site crushing for large projects emerges as a cost-effective and efficient alternative to off-site processing, mitigating the environmental impact of heavy vehicles on surrounding roads. By bringing the processing closer to the source, we minimise logistical complexities while maximising sustainability, a testament to our dedication to responsible resource management.
